Core Operational Responsibilities
Technical Capabilities Required
- Hypervisors: Expert-level administration of Windows Server, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V architectures.
- Identity & Cloud: Advanced directory configuration across Microsoft 365 core, Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Networking Core: Deep alignment with multi-vendor firewall policies, VLAN structures, routing optimization, and modern wireless perimeters.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Background: Direct operational background within an active MSP or multi-tenant corporate environment.
- Certifications: Validated milestones including Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, CompTIA A+, or advanced VMware validations.
- Hardware Plane: Direct engagement with Dell bare-metal enterprise server architecture, high-capacity storage controllers, and advanced backup immutability arrays.
